Getting Started with Projects
What are Projects?
Section titled “What are Projects?”Projects help you organize your video ideas, track their progress, and collaborate with your team. Each project represents a potential video that you’re developing.
Creating a Project
Section titled “Creating a Project”Click the New Project button to create a project. You can:
- Add a working title
- Attach concepts and ideas
- Set a target publish date
- Assign team members
Project Stages
Section titled “Project Stages”Projects move through stages as you develop them:
- Ideation - Initial concept and brainstorming
- Research - Gathering information and validating the idea
- Production - Filming and editing
- Review - Final checks before publishing
- Published - Video is live
- Use the Star feature to highlight priority projects
- Add notes to track decisions and feedback
- Link related projects to build video series
